Bird Description:

Australia’s only stork is a truly commanding sight, towering above other waterbirds as it stalks wetlands with slow, deliberate movements.
Its glossy black neck and wings shimmer green and purple in sunlight, while its stark white body and massive bill give it a prehistoric appearance.
When it takes flight, the sheer scale of its wingspan is breathtaking.
