Bird Description:

Graceful and endlessly cheerful, the Welcome Swallow is a familiar sight sweeping through the skies. With its deep blue back, orange face, and forked tail, it’s both agile and elegant.

Special features:

Builds mud nests on verandas, cliffs, and under bridges — often returning to the same site each year.

Its name comes from early settlers who saw its arrival each spring as a welcome sign of warmth and renewal.
