Volunteer with ACC

We have many projects that you can be involved in, whether that is hands on, weeding or researching developments. All of our projects have space for volunteers.

Volunteers can:

• research developments proposed in the region, checking the Gladstone Regional Council PD Online or the Planning and Environment Court websites – contact us about Agnes Development Watch volunteer opportunities
• get their hands dirty by attending planting and weeding days with Local Hands for Nature
• be involved in the important 1770 Saltmarsh Saver surveys, and don’t worry no experience or knowledge of saltmarsh is necessary to help out, just a willingness to come on site for 2 hours and walk around the beautiful ecosystem and observe
• help event plan our Eco Flicks nights from marketing to researching films to show, helping set up and pack up the event, be on the door welcoming the community etc.
• help with many more projects we have waiting to get up and running – just contact us to see where you can help out.
